Fang Jiang (Liaoning, China) Born in 1974, she graduated from the attached middle school of the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in 1995. She graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the CAFA in 1999, and now lives and works in Beijing.
Artist Jiang Fang focuses on the visual tension of her works, combining single colors with rich piles of small colors to produce a powerful pulling relationships, colors complement each other and conflict with each other, each color will have its own expression, and different perceptions of color, pulling out endless possibilities, the brush draws out layers of texture, stimulating the impulse to touch, it seems sharp, but touches soft. With her works, Jiang Fang proves that sharpness can also rest on softness.
